Cyril Ring – Wikipedia

Cyril Ring (* 5. Dezember 1892 in Massachusetts; † 17. Juli 1967 in Hollywood, Kalifornien) war ein US-amerikanischer Schauspieler.

Cyril Ring begann seine Karriere am Theater, als 19-Jähriger hatte er seinen ersten Broadway-Auftritt. 1921 kam er erstmals in einem Film zum Einsatz. In den darauffolgenden 30 Jahren war er mit mehr als 400 weiteren Filmauftritten ein vielbeschäftigter Kleinstdarsteller, dessen Rollen zumeist nicht im Abspann erwähnt wurden. Er war der Bruder der Schauspielerin Blanche Ring (1877–1961). Er war zwischen 1916 und 1922 mit der Broadway-Darstellerin Charlotte Greenwood (1890–1978) verheiratet.
