The 2023–24 New Mexico Lobos women's basketball team represents the University of New Mexico during the 2023–24 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Lobos, led by eighth-year head coach Mike Bradbury, play their home games at The Pit in Albuquerque, New Mexico, as members of the Mountain West Conference.

Previous season[edit]

The Lobos finished the 2022–23 season 21–12, 12–6 in Mountain West play to finish in a three-way tie for third place.[1] They were defeated by San Diego State in the quarterfinals of the Mountain West tournament.[2] They received an at-large bid into the WNIT,[3] where they would defeat Northern Arizona in the first round,[4] before falling to Washington in the second round.[5]
