Christoph Marthaler

Christoph Marthaler is a Swiss director and musician.

Practice[edit]

Marthaler works in the style of avant garde theatre, such as Expressionism and Dada, including elements of Theatre of the Absurd.^{[citation needed]}

Awards[edit]

In 1998, he was awarded the IV Europe Prize Theatrical Realities.^[1]
