On 6 September 2021, Focus Home Interactive rebranded to Focus Entertainment.[9] In October 2021, Focus acquired Douze Dixiemes.[10]

In February 2022, Focus acquired Leikir Studio for an undisclosed sum.[11] On 13 September 2022, Focus acquired BlackMill Games.[12]
