A CE realiza audiência pública para discutir o Acordo Ortográfico da Língua Portuguesa, assinado em 1990 e que deverá estar implantado em janeiro de 2016. As novas regras devem valer para os oito países que têm o português como língua oficial: Angola, Moçambique, Cabo Verde, Guiné-Bissau, São Tomé e Príncipe, Timor Leste, Brasil e Portugal.
