English: The flag of Fort Mifflin during the Siege of Fort Mifflin, 1777, during the American Revolutionary War. The flag is a repurposed jack of the Continental/Pennsylvania Navy, thirteen alternating stripes of red, white, and blue according to Lee Patrick Anderson, Executive Director of Fort Mifflin on the Delaware.
