Summary

Description
English: PETERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. – Gen. C. Robert Kehler, commander, Air Force Space Command, models a test version of the proposed Air Force service dress during a recent ceremony. Gen. T. Michael Moseley, Air Force Chief of Staff, initiated the program to update the service dress coat to better reflect Air Force heritage. The current prototype is based on a design similar to the uniform worn by Gen. Henry "Hap" Arnold during World War II. (U.S. Air Force photo by Tech. Sgt. Matthew Lohr)
