Description
English: The Kripamoyee Kalibari, popularly known as Joy Mitra kalibari, situated at the banks of river ganges at Baranagar area and it was founded by famous Jamindar of his time Joyram Mitra in the year 1848. Goddess Dakshina Kali is installed in the main temple and along with this main temple, there are 12 Shiva temple in the compound with clusters of six each on both sides-known as dwadasha Shiva Temple. Shri Ramkrishna Paramahansa used to visit this temple many times .
