Summary

Description
English: The separation between the two components is only about half the diffraction limit of the Hubble Telescope, making it impossible to fully resolve the system. The system instead appears elongated, revealing its binary nature. In the image, the positions of the components has been marked "1" and "2".

Sample images used: J8RL04011, taken 2006-07-06 J8RL08011, taken 2003-08-23 J8RL09011, taken 2004-05-26

Each image is a 2440s exposure of Hubble's ACS instrument, using the F606W filter. The native image resolution is 0.025 arc-seconds per pixel.
