English: The map describes the boundaries of the Decapolis in the 1st century A.D. The boundary lines were drawn on the basis of recognized research with the latest knowledge and according to existing topographical conditions. At the same time, border and Pashalik courses that still exist today were included. In addition to the cities of the Decapolis, those of Pliny are also listed in the Hist. nat. mentioned area districts / realms between the cities included.
