Chief Red Tomahawk, leader of the Sioux Nation and credited with having killed Sitting Bull, presented Vice President Curtis with a peace pipe at the United States Capitol today. Chief Red Tomahawk, who is 80 years old, is in the National Capital repaying the visit of Chief of Staff Charles P.
