Lilly Contino is an American TikToker and business development manager known for live streaming videos of her dining at restaurants around San Francisco.[1] She made videos about her gender transition and experiences as a transgender woman.[2]
Biography
Contino worked as a business development lead at the online gaming platform Ryu Games.[3] She also writes about video games for Game Developer.[4] Prior to working in video gaming, she worked for Lost Tribe Esports, a Jewish teen engagement non-profit organization.[5]
In March 2023, Contino was verbally assaulted by another woman while dining at The Cheesecake Factory in Union Square, San Francisco.[6] The woman, who threatened Contino with physical violence, stated that she was a "TERF."[7] The incident, which was streamed on Contino's social media account, became a viral video receiving over ten million views.[8][9]
In July 2023, while Contino was livestreaming on TikTok while dining at Crown & Crumpet in San Francisco, an online troll contacted the restaurant's owner to falsely accuse Contino of saying something inappropriate to a child customer.[7][1] No child had been present during the live stream.[10]
