Pristimantis affinis is an endangered[2] species of frog in the family Strabomantidae.[3] It is endemic to Colombia. Its natural habitats are tropical high-altitude shrubland and grassland. It is threatened by habitat loss.

Pristimantis affinis, commonly known as the Affine Rain Frog, is a species of frog found in the cloud forests of South America. It belongs to the family Craugastoridae and is known for its small size and distinctive coloration.
