Regarding color change[edit]

Hello! I saw you reformated this template. Is there a Wikipedia policy about using default colors? Because I use colors all the time – I think it makes it look more interesting. You could always change it to a different color though. What do you think? Capt. Phœbus (talk) 01:43, 13 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

No, I don't think so. It just that the dark blue caused the view/discuss/edit links hard to see. --Voidvector 09:53, 13 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Removal of "Former" holidays[edit]

I have removed from this template the line for "Former" federal holidays because it was clearly incorrect as to both cited holidays, neither of which was an actual federal holiday. I explain this further at Talk:Federal holidays in the United States#Removal_of_"Former_federal_holidays", and any discussion should probably be consolidated over there, as this template should presumably reflect that article's content. --EightYearBreak (talk) 20:43, 23 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
