Template talk:Murray County, Minnesota

ugly[edit]

Regarding Nyttend's edit 222017118 of Jun 27: What's so great about the standard format? The huge image makes this a space waster. And since when are templates categorized in encyclopedic space along with articles? ⇔ ChristTrekker 21:25, 27 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

It's shrinkable: click the button and it hides. As far as category: all categories are "encyclopedia space", and because categories are supposed to contain anything that relates to the topic, county categories should contain the county template. Nyttend (talk) 03:21, 28 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Stuff in Wikipedia, Mediawiki, any Talk, and Template spaces is meta content for editors. Meta content should not be mingled in the same cats as encyclopedic content. ⇔ ChristTrekker 14:16, 30 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Look at the bottom entry of Wikipedia talk:WikiProject U.S. counties, where this was discussed three months ago. Nyttend (talk) 15:11, 30 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
