If you want the article to be placed here on English Wikipedia then yes, I'm afraid so. But if you take the text to pt.wikipedia.org, it could potentially be used there (I say "potentially" just because I don't know anything about how they run things on Portuguese Wikipedia). Hi Bobby, tks for the feedback.

The references also include trusted sources as CNN, SBT TV (second largest in Brazil), Globo (largest open TV channel in the country), Isto é (top 3 magazine nationally) and others.
