Hi! This is my talk page, feel free to drop me a message. To experienced editors: feel free to stalk my talk page and reply to any threads here.To admins: I prefer that my talk page remain unprotected, even if it's being vandalized. Such edits do not particularly bother me and I prefer to remain accessible to anyone who would like to reach me. However, if the volume of vandalism is so high that no other solution would stop disruption, I don't mind if my talk page is semi-protected for a day or two. Hopefully, this is a rare occurrence.
WikiCup 2025 July newsletter

Sammi Brie (submissions) with 1,055 round points, mostly from television station articles, including 27 good articles and 9 good topic articles
Everyone who competed in round 3 will advance to round 4 unless they have withdrawn. During this round, contestants have claimed 4 featured articles, 16 featured lists, 1 featured picture, 9 featured-topic articles, 149 good articles, 27 good-topic articles, and more than 90 Did You Know articles. In addition, competitors have worked on 18 In the News articles, and they have conducted more than 200 reviews.
Remember that any content promoted after 28 June but before the start of Round 4 can be claimed in Round 4. Invitations for collaborative writing efforts or any other discussion of potentially interesting work is always welcome on the WikiCup talk page. Remember, if two or more WikiCup competitors have done significant work on an article, all can claim points. If you are concerned that your nomination—whether it is at good article candidates, a featured process, or anywhere else—will not receive the necessary reviews, please list it on Wikipedia:WikiCup/Reviews Needed. If you want to help out with the WikiCup, feel free to review one of the nominations listed on Wikipedia:WikiCup/Reviews Needed. Questions are welcome on Wikipedia talk:WikiCup, and the judges are reachable on their talk pages. Good luck! If you wish to start or stop receiving this newsletter, please feel free to add or remove your name from Wikipedia:WikiCup/Newsletter/Send. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 14:49, 29 June 2025 (UTC)

Hello, I am trying to publish my first wiki article but I am not getting any feedback. The first two times I submitted it, I got directives on what to change. I have made all the changes but haven't heard anything for months. Here is the info on the article I'm trying to get published, I hope it is enough for you to find it:

[edit]I pinged you there, but I think it’s worth mentioning here because it seems to me that the account in question is doing everything possible to harass me, including wikihounding. They edited a page I had created and, just minutes later, removed a tag I had added to an article. Very strange, especially given the user’s history of wikihounding. Thank you, RodRabelo7 (talk) 16:01, 13 July 2025 (UTC)

Lamb Chop's Play Along

Speedy deletion nomination of Wes Allen (disambiguation)
[edit]
If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Wes Allen (disambiguation) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G14 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is:
- a disambiguation page with a title ending in "(disambiguation)" which lists only one extant Wikipedia page (i.e., there is a primary topic);
- a disambiguation page that lists zero extant Wikipedia pages, regardless of its title; or
- a redirect with a title ending in "(disambiguation)" whose target is neither a disambiguation page nor page that has a disambiguation-like function.
Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such pages may be deleted at any time. Please see the disambiguation page guidelines for more information.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and removing the speedy deletion tag. Shhhnotsoloud (talk) 09:33, 26 July 2025 (UTC)
Question from Porralagos (06:16, 28 July 2025)
[edit]Yo bro I’m sorry uhm is their any articles you need help with that involve Portuguese history or Brazilian history --Porralagos (talk) 06:16, 28 July 2025 (UTC)
Hi! So I've been trying to get into editing on here and I've made some small changes here and there but there's a lot of information and policy to be aware of which can be difficult, and in hindsight I definitely shouldn't have done this because I'm too new and not familiar enough with deletion policy but I submitted an article for deletion and everyone disagreed (for valid reasons, again I did not do enough research and I should not be submitting articles for deletion with as little experience as I have) so I'm just wondering what your advice would be for getting more comfortable on here and how I can better familiarize myself with how things work :) like what did you do when you were a beginner? --Dyljm (talk) 18:12, 28 July 2025 (UTC)
