Pie charts

[edit]

It isn't necessary to add pie charts to stub articles about schools. The charts are decorative, and too big to fit in the article. Just add the numbers. Thanks. Magnolia677 (talk) 18:57, 19 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you Thumbs up icon
I have seen quite few being used on school related articles, that use the pie chart would it be acceptable to delete them? I was trying to find what Wikipedia's standards may be on the matter, however, I can't seem to find a clear standard could you refer me to a talk page or somewhere that outlines this policy? Regarding the use of pie charts in school-related articles; while pie charts are not explicitly prohibited or required by Wikipedia's standards, their inclusion must adhere to Wikipedia's general content guidelines: they should be relevant, neutral, and supported by verifiable sources. Thus, I was not sure where to look, Template:Pie chart but I could not find anything super clear in regards to school pages. Issac I Navarro (talk) 19:29, 19 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

https://www.gettyimages.com/photos/fernando-casasempere-installation-at-somerset-house - What is a good way to better know if an image is free-use, thus allowing it to be added to Wikipedia? Also, I hope I addressed the concerns regarding the issues. I am rather inexperienced in drafting articles for people of notability; however, I believe that Fernando Casaempere should pass it WP:ARTIST. @Hoary:

Stub tagging

[edit]

Thing of note: Whenever you tag a stub, use the appropiate templates, not the categories. Otherwise, it would make it hard to tell whether an article is a stub or not. Whatever categories you manually added to articles, replace them with the appropiate templates as detailed in the category pages. Thanks in advance. Mox Eden (talk) 09:12, 3 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Granada Hills Charter Page

[edit]

Hello. Why did you revert my edit of restoring content removed without an adequate explanation on the Granada Hills Charter page without explaining why? I've restored the removed content. Please always provide an edit summary if you revert my edits, so that it's clear why you did it. Thank you. Janan2025 (talk) 21:44, 16 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]

@Janan2025
The reason I left was in the next edit I made, here: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Granada_Hills_Charter&diff=1285921265&oldid=1285920960&variant=en
in regards to that to why it was removed, the information was primarily sourced; as well, that information is trivia.
Furthermore, @User:Willondon reverted your edit here: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Granada_Hills_Charter&diff=1285977252&oldid=1285965307&variant=en
Thus restored the prior edit on the Granada Hills Charter page. Hopefully, this helps clear up any questions.
