Palaeobuthus distinctus, unique représentant du genre Palaeobuthus et de la famille des Palaeobuthidae, est une espèce fossile de scorpions.
Répartition
[modifier | modifier le code]Cette espèce a été découverte à Mazon Creek en Illinois aux États-Unis. Elle date du Carbonifère[1].
