(S)-2-ヒドロキシ酸オキシダーゼ（(S)-2-hydroxy-acid oxidase）は、次の化学反応を触媒する酸化還元酵素である。

(S)-2-ヒドロキシ酸 + O₂ ${\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons }$ 2-オキソ酸 + H₂O₂

すなわち、この酵素の基質は(S)-2-ヒドロキシ酸とO₂、生成物は2-オキソ酸とH₂O₂である。補因子としてFMNを用いる。

組織名は(S)-2-hydroxy-acid:oxygen 2-oxidoreductaseで、別名にglycolate oxidase, hydroxy-acid oxidase A, hydroxy-acid oxidase B, glycolate oxidase, oxidase, L-2-hydroxy acid, hydroxyacid oxidase A, L-α-hydroxy acid oxidase, L-2-hydroxy acid oxidaseがある。
