Island Home (pol. Dom na Wyspie) jest lokalnym hymnem wyspy Jersey (obok oficjalnego hymnu królewskiego Wielkiej Brytanii God Save the King). Został wybrany w ramach konkursu 28 kwietnia 2008 r. Autorem muzyki i tekstu jest Gerard Le Feuvre.
