Regina McCarthy (born May 3, 1954) is an American environmental health and air quality expert. She was the 13th Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) from 2013 to 2017.[1][2]
On December 17, 2020, Joe Biden announced that he would be nominating McCarthy as the first National Climate Advisor.[3][4]
In September 2022, McCarthy announced her resignation as Climate Change advisor.[5]
