Reparation (legal) - Simple English Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Reparation in jurisprudence is when some form of payment is given back to a victim of a crime.[1] Usually the payment is monetary. Other forms of payment could include a public apology or a tribute honoring the victim.[2]
