伦敦公司（London Company），也叫弗吉尼亚伦敦公司（Virginia Company of London），是1606年由詹姆斯一世颁布皇家宪章成立的一家股份公司，公司的目标是在北美建立殖民地^[1]。

英王的宪章允许伦敦公司的土地在北美东岸北纬34度到41度开辟100-平方英里（260-平方公里）的殖民地，其中38度以北的土地需要和普利茅斯公司共同开发。詹姆斯鎮殖民地就是由该公司建立的。公司靠卖烟草和经济作物获利，但由于英格兰殖民地政策调整和詹姆斯顿大屠杀的爆发，公司在1624年倒闭。其子公司萨默斯群岛伦敦公司（The London Company of The Somers Isles）继续运营至1684年。
