帕德尔（Pader）是乌干达北部区下属帕德尔区的一个城镇，是帕德尔区的首府，同时也是该区的行政、经济中心。距北部区最大的城市古卢约133公里[2]。位于东非大裂谷上。帕德尔建于2000年，与帕德尔区成立同时。2002年统计显示该城镇人口约为8700人，至2014年，人口已增至14080人。[1]
