永恆至上（拉丁語：Semper Supra、英語：Always Above），為美國太空軍官方進行曲，於2022年由詹姆斯·堤雀諾爾（James Teachenor）和尚恩·尼爾森（Sean Nelson）創作。

《永恆至上》（Semper Supra）取名自美國太空軍官方座右銘「永恆至上」（Semper Supra），^[1]該座右銘為2019年12月20日美國太空軍成立後，由美國空軍上等航空兵（英语：Senior airman）丹尼爾·桑切斯（Daniel Sanchez）在研究其他軍事部門座右銘後，以發音和頭韻為由選出「Semper Supra」的拉丁短語及「Always Above」的英文翻譯，^[2]並於2020年7月22日獲美國太空軍正式採用為官方座右銘。^[3]

該進行曲由前美國空軍學院空軍樂隊（英语：United States Air Force Band）成員、演唱者兼作曲家的詹姆斯·堤雀諾爾作詞及曲，^[1]^[4]2019年12月美國太空軍成立後，他開始與太空軍作戰部長約翰·威廉·雷蒙德上將合作，開始該進行曲的創作歷程。^[1]他為此解釋稱：「該首歌的創作為一項悠長的工作，因為我希望它蘊含太空軍所提供的所有職能及願景。」。^{[註 1]}^[1]^[4]
