2020年得主劳伦·亨普（英语：Lauren_Hemp）

PFA年度最佳女子青年球員（英語：Professional Footballers' Association Women's Young Player of the Year），是英格蘭職業足球運動員協會（PFA）從2013–14賽季開始頒發的獎項[1]，旨在表彰在英格蘭足球聯賽中，表現最出色的二十三歲或以下球員[2]。得獎者每一年由英格蘭職業足球運動員協會的會員投票選出[3]。

首位PFA年度最佳女子青年球員是效力利物浦的後衛玛塔·哈里斯（英语：Martha Harris (footballer)），而2022–23賽季的得主是效力車路士的前鋒劳伦·詹姆斯。
